Take action

We can only end the corporate takeover of Georgia’s housing market if as many people as possible make their voices heard. There are hundreds of thousands of renters in Georgia – if even a fraction of us work together, we can easily achieve the changes we want to see. There are a number of ways to take action to support our campaign, from signing our petition, taking a survey, contacting your elected officials, or volunteering your time!

sign the petition

During the 2025-2026 legislative session, we are looking to pass a number of different bills that will address the corporate takeover of Georgia’s housing market. Sign the linked petition to urge your representative to support these bills!

take the survey

In order to understand the depth of the problem, we are collecting the experiences of tenants who have rented from corporate landlords. If you’ve lived in a home or apartment owned by a large corporation, we want to hear from you!

contact your representatives

Call or email your elected officials in the Georgia General Assembly and tell them to end the corporate takeover! Representatives from both sides of the aisle have shown a willingness to consider these policies, but we need people like you to push them into action!
